Rose N. Ogbonna is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of health care experience. She is a Senior Clinical Associate in Occupational Health Services at Montefiore Medical Center, Wakefield Division, Bronx, New York. As the Health Ministries Director for Co-op City SDA Church in the Bronx, New York, for six years, she has planned and successfully implemented numerous health education and promotion seminars and workshops on various critical health topics. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Nursing from Herbert Lehman College, New York; Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and minor in Psychology from Hunter College, New York; an Associate Degree in Nursing (RN) from Bronx Community College, New York; a Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) certification from Westchester Community College, New York; and an Associate Degree in Applied Science (Ophthalmic Dispensing) from New York City Technical College. She has certifications in Botox & Dermal Filler administration and PICC Line insertion, with a zero infection rate. Her interests include traveling, bicycling, long walks, reading mysteries, and watching British crime shows and urban gardening.
